The weekly shape is the quiet selling point. His per-game distribution runs 15% bust (<10 PPR points), 52% solid, 33% boom (>20), and Nova stamps him with an S consistency grade. You're not drafting a lottery ticket at pick 120. You're drafting a floor with a real right tail.

The Last Three Seasons

Fifty-one straight starts in Tampa. That durability is the trend the table shows; what it hides is how 2025 got to QB12. That's the vocal minority; the ADP of 120.3 says most rooms are still drafting the QB12 finish at face value. The gap between the loudest take and the actual market price is your window.

• O-line health (+30/−40 pts): the whole 2025 collapse traces here. Five returning starters is the upside case; a repeat of four multi-game absences is the downside.
• Robinson install speed (±25 pts): fourth play-caller in four years. The Rams overlap and Mayfield's track record across systems cap the risk, but September rhythm isn't guaranteed.
