What NovaPredict is
NovaPredict provides fantasy-football projections and analytics. Everything here is for informational and entertainment purposes. It is not betting or gambling advice, and it is not a guarantee of any player, game, or season outcome. Real games are uncertain. Use your own judgment.
No warranty
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to be accurate, but we do not promise the projections are error-free, complete, or fit for any particular decision you make with them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, NovaPredict is not liable for any loss or damage that results from using, or being unable to use, the service, including any decision you make based on our numbers.
Acceptable use
Use the site normally. Do not scrape, bulk-download, overload, reverse-engineer, or otherwise abuse the service or its data, and do not use it to break the law or harm others.
The product may change
This is an early, evolving build. We may add, change, pause, or discontinue features at any time without notice as we improve the product.
Intellectual property
The NovaPredict name, the projections, the models behind them, and the design and content of this site are ours. You may use the tools for your own fantasy decisions, but not copy or resell them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply in your local jurisdiction. Nothing here removes any consumer rights you have that cannot be waived.
