Trade Analyzer and Trade Finder

Trade Analyzer and Trade Finder are NovaPredict's trade tools. The Trade Analyzer evaluates a proposed trade using live player values from NovaPredict's value engine. The Trade Finder goes a step further and suggests trades. The defining trait of both tools is the source of the values: they come from the same live engine that powers the rankings board, which starts from the sharpest betting markets and ranks players by value over replacement. They are not static trade charts that go stale between updates.

What It Does

• Trade Analyzer evaluates trades using live player values, so both sides of a deal are measured on current information.
• Trade Finder suggests trades built from those same live values.
• Values reflect NovaPredict's core approach: value over replacement rather than raw projected points, so positional scarcity is part of every evaluation.
• Values move when the underlying picture moves, because they are drawn from a live engine rather than a fixed chart.

What It Does Not Do

• It does not use a static trade value chart. Every evaluation runs off live values.
• It does not evaluate trades by raw projected points. Value over replacement is the yardstick, which means a trade that wins on total points can still lose on value.
• It does not guarantee outcomes or claim a historical win rate on suggested trades. NovaPredict publishes no backtested accuracy claims; the public record starts Week 1 of the 2026 season.
• It does not execute trades in your league platform. It evaluates and suggests; you negotiate and accept.

Status

Live now, in the Tools section, powered by the live value engine. League integration for context works with Sleeper today; Yahoo support is built but pending final app setup. The public graded accuracy record for NovaPredict's projections begins Week 1 of the 2026 season.
